RKB Armory had a unique request for their new Shopify site. They needed to allow their customers to sell products directly back to RKB. Once a customer created an order, the site needed to be able to generate a return label for them to print automatically. Once the product was shipped back, the customer was credited with the value agreed to when the order was created.

As this method of buying back a product while creating a reverse order wasn’t a native piece of Shopify liquid code, the team at The Hybrid Creative and I had a lot to consider. We worked through several dozen user cases and flowed to determine the best path.

Without the use of plugins, I was able to build out a solution by manipulating the liquid code for a truly unique theme and user experience.
